Situated along the river canal, the layout of this two-storey apartment is configured to maximise function and mobility. Sliding oak panels are strategically inserted to allow the living, dining and public rest areas to function independently. A planted pot at the apartment's core spills into the upper level, with an unobstructed course to natural light and ventilation, essentially anchoring itself as a key feature of this project.
At nightfall, the apartment's mood transits dramatically into a luxurious yet understated sanctuary, textures on the furnishing previously captivated by the evening glows are now appreciable. Clean and uncluttered, pristine white walls and light oak elements form a pure language that is apparent throughout the entire space, drawing attention to the meticulous craft and fine detailing. Completed in 2016.
